The story behind Lucid.

An American electric-vehicle manufacturer offering the Air sedan and Gravity SUV through company-operated sales and service channels.

Atieva becomes Lucid Motors

Gravity adds a second vehicle family

Gravity opened for configuration and orders in November 2024. The SUV adds a different body and passenger role to Air’s sedan family. Sapphire and GT-S designations identify performance versions within the existing families; they should not inflate the count of distinct vehicle models.
